1. I've lost my password or account name. Can you send them to me?
Click the 'Forgot Password ' link on the login screen at http://www.australiantrainingguide.com.au/forgotpassword.asp. This will allow you to send your Username and Password to your email address.
2. How can I clear the saved password in the browser?
Passwords can be stored in your browser by the server using cookies, or the browser can store the password for the 'Autocomplete' feature. To clear the password saved in the cookies, click on the 'Logout' button in your mailbox screen.
To clear the password saved for the 'Auto-complete' feature of your browser(Internet Explorer), go to 'Tools' -> 'Internet Options' -> 'Content' -> 'Auto Complete' and click on 'Clear Passwords' button. If you don't want to save the usernames/passwords, uncheck the 'User names and passwords on Forms'.

3. I tried 'Secure Login', but it didn't work. Why?
If "Secure Login" or "Go to secure login screen" does not work, it may be that your browser does not support secure communications. You can either login using just a plain "Login", however, without a secure connection, your communications with australiantrainingguide.com.au are not encrypted. You can also get the latest version of Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator which work with secure connections.
