Kim Fenton
Kim Fenton completed her PhD in medicine before embarking on a career in the pharmaceutical industry. Kim developed a successful career in sales, sales management and team leadership, marketing and learning & development. Kim's extensive experience also includes professional coaching, hospitality management and retail sales. She enjoys helping people discover the work they were born to do, assisting teams in working more effectively and helping individuals who want to achieve their personal and professional goals.
Penny Ombler
Having worked in the fields of nursing, real estate, pharmaceuticals, clinical trial co-ordination, sales management and training management, Penny has a vast range of experience. Her extensive training background has seen her develop expertise in needs analysis, program design, psychological inventories and advanced facilitation. Penny thrives on the opportunity to help people reach their goals and lead a more fulfiling, prosperous and satisfied life.
Kim Fenton and Penny Ombler founded Successful Minds in 2007.
