Fully qualified personal trainer who has been involved in and around the fitness world for close to 20 years. Offering a combination of strength, bodyweight and core training, boxing, interval cardio, indoor/outdoor sessions and specialising in diet and nutrition.

The most important thing your personal trainer should be able to do is understand what you want and be able to explain it to you in terms you can use and understand.

Everyone should approach their health and fitness goals individually and as it suits their likes/dislikes and personality. My main focus is to work with you to find out what is yours and then design your personal training so you are going to enjoy it and continue to make it a regular part of your life.
